Aniket Pandey

I’m Aniket Pandey, an 18-year-old student entrepreneur passionate about startups, community, and learning by doing. I founded Leanpreneurs to support young, first-time founders through collaboration, mentorship, and real-world exposure. I also lead Sanity Gaming, an early-stage esports startup recognized by IIT Bombay, IIT Madras, IIT Kharagpur, and ISB. I’ve had the opportunity to compete in national case competitions and be part of fellowships like McKinsey Forward, Savvy, and The VC fellowship. As I begin my college journey, I’m committed to building meaningful ventures and helping other young founders do the same.

I’m Hritik Kushwaha, a commerce student and passionate young builder from Jhansi, India. As a core member of Leanpreneurs, I help shape the vision of empowering student founders by contributing to strategic planning, partnerships, and community development. With hands-on experience in startup ecosystems and a strong interest in finance and operations, I aim to bridge the gap between ambition and access for young entrepreneurs. I believe students don’t need to wait for college to start building, and through Leanpreneurs, I’m committed to creating a support system that fosters innovation from the school level and beyond.

Rithik Vinay

Rithik Vinay P.S. is the Founder of Frosted Brain, President at Cycler's Creed, and CEO of UNIPINE Tours. A passionate innovator and youth leader, he blends creativity, entrepreneurship, and social impact. Rithik has published research on e-waste and nanotechnology, developed a patent-pending needleless syringe, and actively mentors student-led initiatives. He’s a certified IAYP awardee and has led several community development projects. Currently on a purposeful gap year, he is focusing on prototyping, research, and leadership. Rithik has been admitted to Cornell University for Computer Engineering and is committed to building a smarter, more sustainable future.

Dhiyayanth is a passionate researcher and dynamic young leader, serving as co-founder of Dryson Science Club and an active member of Cycler's Creed and Leanpreneurs. With a keen interest in physics and business, he blends scientific curiosity with entrepreneurial spirit. Currently authoring a mathematics research paper and pursuing the IAYP gold award, he thrives on innovation, collaboration, and making a meaningful impact through science and enterprise.
